unable to invite users to my project

Hi,

I'm unable to invite any user to my new project by email. no invitation email is sent to any user!

What type of project? How are you inviting users? Can the invited user find and access the project under the project menu?

1. scrum project.

2. from the access page.

3. no, users can't access the project.

I even made it open with no luck.

Please look under project settings the permissions. Check to ensure that the necessary rolls are added to the brows and other permission to satisfy your needs

rolls are added normally.

I tried member and admin with the same result.

a confirmation "'x' added to the project. You can also add teammates and manage their access to the project from Project settings" message is normally displayed once email is selected. but nothing is actually being sent

Can we back up here and take a fresh look? You stated "I'm unable to invite any user to my new project by email". 

1. So it appears you are using a TMP project and adding users via the Project settings > Access screen. Correct?
2. Is the user preexisting and you are simply trying to add them to your project? Or are you trying to add them as a new Jira user?
3. Is the issue that they are not added to the project or just that they don't receive the invitation email?

Thanks. To be clear on #3 are the users actually added to Jira? Can you go to admin > user management and see if the users show there? If not can you try to add the user in the user management area. If that works the go back to your project and add the user to your project.

the users are there in user management page. but didn't get the invitation still!

However, when I clicked resend, the invitation was sent finally
