unable to see system-administrators group

This is Jira Cloud.

When I go to Groups, system-administrators group is not available
But when I try to create the group system-administrators, it says it already exists.
I am in site-admins, administrators and jira-administrators groups.

Why cant I see the group?

You don't get system-administration in Cloud, only Atlassian can be in that group and be that level of administrator.
