Bit more Info:

This is only needed for 1 Issue Type / Request Type

The very same Issue-Type / Request-Type exists on the other server so nothing needs to be done R.E copying over the workflow.

1 Script which differs I've copied across.

Now its just a case of moving the tickets across.

What do I need to check & How can i do this ?

Thanks Again.

Hi @NTNT

You can do it either by using CSV Import/Export or moving the old and current tickets using the Bulk Change option (Available in Issue Navigator)

Please refer below document for the same:

Import Data from CSV: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/

Move Issues using Bulk Change option: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/editing-multiple-issues-at-the-same-time-939938937.html#Editingmultipleissuesatthesametime-Movemultipleissues

Thank you,
Ashish
