upgrade frm Atlassian JIRA (v4.1.2#531) to 4.4.3

Hi,

Is it possible to directly (in one step) upgrade jira form Atlassian JIRA (v4.1.2#531) to 4.4.3 (latest) ? If so is there any documentation on the same ?

Yes this is possible. But that will be a complete manual upgrade. You cannot use the automatic installers.
