upgrade jira

hey 

i want to upgrade jira on linux server but i have some i want to make our own custom directory but jira by /home/opt/

how to solve that

If your current installation has a different location, then you should make a new installation of Jira in the folders you want and then transer data by a Jira backup and copy previous Jira_Home to the new one.

previous install jira  jira 5 jira6 jira 7 but iwant to upgrade jira7
