upgrading jira getting failed

Hi Team,
I am currently using JIRA software 8.3.2 and trying to upgrade it to 8.5.17 but as soon as the upgrade is completed the JIRA Service is not getting started and it shows failed all the time.

Error message after restarting the service -

** (pkttyagent:5368): WARNING **: 08:09:29.294: Unable to register authentication agent: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1.Error.Failed: Cannot determine user of subject
Error registering authentication agent: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1.Error.Failed: Cannot determine user of subject (polkit-error-quark, 0)
Job for jira.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status jira.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

Have you already checked if the user is authenticated or has the permissions to start the service after the Upgrade?
