Hey, Сolleagues.

I try use jiracli to add a user.

I've run:

jira.bat --action runFromCsv --file d:\atlassian-cli\Scripts\imp.csv --propertyFile import.properties

Run: --action "addUser" --userId "Laxman.K-ext" --userEmail "Laxman.K-ext@same.com" --group "same"
User with id 'laxman.k-ext' added to group 'same'.
User 'laxman.k-ext' added.

__________________________________________________________

after that, user laxman.k-ext appeared not only same group but and in the group  jira-administrators.

How I is possible?

Thanks a lot!

Sincerely,

Yuriy

Hi Yuriy,

Sounds like it is because of the user defaults setting. Go to JIRA Administration > Applications > Application Access > Set defaults for new users, uncheck all boxes.
