user can not delete attachments from issue

Hi Team,

in JIRA if a user(agent) has logged in and added attachment to any issue, e is not able to delete attachment, it is saying admin can only delete attachment. Is there any way that user can delete attachment from the issue?

Yes, but you need to give them "delete" permission in the permission scheme - I'd recommend looking at "delete own attachment", rather than "delete any attachment" so they don't delete stuff that belongs to other people.  There's no "undo" on delete.
