user had Global permission even though he doesn't have permission to add people to a Project

Hi @chakravarthysai mateti,
On a free plan, you can only add people using your site's administration settings. Upgrade your plan to better control who can access this project.
In free version of Atlassian cloud apps you cannot change project permissions.
