user have all permission to do the transitions but unable to see the status on the issue page

user have all permission to do the transitions but unable to see the status on the issue page.

There are no conditions and the validation in the workflow .But the user is unable to see the status in the issue page .

Also saw that there is development section which is connecting to the bitbucket . Please help me on this

Have you try the permission helper available for admin to validate the permission for this user ?

Is he the only user affected ?

Regarding the Development panel it' s due to the fact that your project/instance is link to Bitbucket or GitHub.
