We have some questions about user management. We click on users we get an overview of users.

The column Last active doesn't show any date and time only undefined and not available.

Is that normal?

When you look at application access we see a column last login. What is the difference between these 2 columns (last login and Last active)?

What does the option "Keep me logged in" on the login page do with these 2 columns?

Hey Raymond.

Basically the difference between last login and last active is the the former tells you when the user logged on for the last time and the last one tells you when that user did something on JIRA for the last time.

You can have the undefined field if that data is not available for that user yet.
