users can't see filter results

i create filter which shared everyone, and i added a gadget which include this filter, but users can not see filter results, they see this message, what does this mean?

it says " the selected filter filter-10300 has an error: A value with ID '10500' does not exist for the field 'project' "

Sounds like the users cannot see the project. Just because a shared filter includes a project, it doesn't mean the users can see the data it works with. Check permissions on the project. The error actually implies the project doesn't exist so check the filter really works as well!

filter works for me but when i create filter picked all projects but one of them is special and for special some people because of this filter does not work for everybody, thanks for help
