users in jira and license available are different

Hi connections,

Jira-users group shows 247 users.but when i go to license it shows 250 users license exhausted. I don't know where 3 users gone?

In my point of view there are to options:

1. You have another group that has application access to jira
2. You have nested groups and sometimes that messes up with the user cout. 

I can't find the documentation to support the second statement, but I have experienced it. Do you have nested groups enabled?

is there any way I can find which group has application access other than jira-user group?

We do have nested groups but these are AD groups synced with jira.

what about other groups? Try to look on this page in administration if are used used groups to giving application access.

maybe you have also /jira after domain so try this - <domain>/jira/secure/admin/ApplicationAccess.jspa
