users with the domain

We all have users with the domain of our company, but there are three users that I added with another domain, and they are in the users tab, but they are not in the manage accounts tab. Do they have more rights to use? Why aren't they in that tab?

Can you tell us if you are using Atlassian Access or if are you simply using Jira Software Cloud without it?

Can you show us in a screenshot what tabs you mean? Black out any user information.
