I want to test JIRA SERVICE DESK to improve in my company.

I Would like configure connection LDAP with internal directory but my user has role Administrator and I can't change tu SYSADMIN. How I can do it?

In trial version is not possible?

You cannot (yet) connect a Cloud installation to LDAP.  

Also, you won't get system-admin rights on Cloud, those are reserved for Atlassian support only.

If you must have LDAP, you will need to migrate to Server version (or move to a Server version provided by a hosting company who will support LDAP - plenty of partners/experts do this, including my lot)
