You cannot do it with JIRA vanilla.
You can achieve that using thirds party apps such as Scriptrunner (Behavior), Jira Workflow Toolbox or Jira Misc Workflow Extensions (JMWE).
I'm sure there is more but it's the app that came to my mind.
