versionedRepresentations expansion

Hi!

We rely on `versionedRepresentations` section of an issue.
However sometimes Jira REST API does not return this section even if it's provided as a query param (expand=versionedRepresentations).

Also the issue response does not contain this in the expandable properties

```

Is it a way to enable this expansion? Or if this feature was introduced in one of the Jira Core / Software versions, in which version was it added?
