we are facing the same issue after upgrade. This resolution does not resolve the issue

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: JIRA Fails to Start Due to Unable to install bundle Errors During Plugin Loading

please help we are stuck during upgrade.

Hi Roystine,

This is a user forum where users help each other with issues, not an official support channel.  I suggest you put a support ticket into Atlassian and ask them to investigate.
