we are using atlassian cloud jira + service desk ,please give solution that how to upload csv files to the Jira.

I can't able to find the option in my Jira cloud  i tried this following steps to locate the Csv option but can't able to find please help me that were i can get the Csv Option in Jira cloud.

• From the Jira Cloud application header, click Issues > Search for issues.
• Click more ( ••• ) > Import issues from CSV.
• Choose the CSV source file that you want to import. ...
