hi folks, we have issuess created manually and those from email handlers. only those from emails should undertake some automation
how to identify them ? please help

In what type of project are the issues being created? Get that information from the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

its Company-managed software projects
Currently it is not possible to detect issue created through mail handlers for Jira Software projects. There is a change request about that here:
