we want to integrate jira with ppm clarity in cloud insatnce to view jira project in clarity and vice-versa.please answer me is it possible or not???

It's certainly possible to do some "integration", but I'm not aware of any add-ons that will help you with Clarity directly - you'll need to define what you want from such and "integration" and then work out how to get Clarity and JIRA to talk to each other. 

JIRA has a REST interface you can use to talk to it, as well as web-hooks in the workflows what allow it to poke information into Clarity.
