Why do we have to govern our Crown Jewels in JIRA?

Hi AM,

Not sure why you are calling them Crown Jewels, but the Project Category is just there to help you sort out the types of projects you might be using to make it easier for reporting. 

The project key is important because it represents the unique value of the project. And it is used to help identify the unique value of an issue.
