what happened to TimeTracking Reporting Collection by vendor "Jes A" ??

We use Jira 3.13.2 and are now planning migration to Jira 4.4.3. We use a plugin for Jira called "TimeTracking Reporting Collection" by a vendor listed as "Jes A". However, I cannot find the vendor or the status of the plugin. Rumor has it the vendor name has changed, as well as the name of the plugin.

Anyone know what the new vendor/plugin name is, if this is the case?
