We cannot tell you where you have chosen to run your Jira.  The url for your Jira is whatever you set up.

If it is an Atlassian Cloud site, then, at the moment it will be {something}.atlassian.net and you will be able to see that if you visit my.atlassian.com, but if you have server or DC, your url is entirely up to you.
