There is no "initial completed work" in a sprint.  Or, if you insist on measuring it, then it is always going to be 0.

Completed work usually means "the sum of the estimates on the issues that we have marked as done during the sprint", but when you start a sprint, there is no work completed, by definition.

I came to find following information about completed work and initial completed work(Assumption)

Completed Work: refers to the sum of the story points, story counts, or work items that have been marked completed during the sprint. It represents the actual work that the team has successfully completed within the sprint's timeframe.

Initial Completed Work (Assumption): it could be an indication of what the team initially planned or estimated to complete at the start of the sprint. Could be based on the sum of story points or the count of issues the team aimed to complete by the end of the sprint.
