From your screenshot I cannot immediately determine what screen this is coming from. But if this is on a create issues screen, I suspect this is the following:
In Project settings > Details your administrator can specify the default assignee. This can be set to unassigned / project lead / component lead. If you then create new issues and set the assignee field to automatic, then this default setting will be used to determine the appropriate assignee.

Here we are trying to bulk move the tickets from one project to another project but while moving the Assignee field is not mapping with assignee names its showing Automatic instead.
