when I upload attachment , jira reminder : ‘An internal error has occurred'?

when I  upload  attachment , jira reminder :  ‘An internal error has occurred. Please contact your administrator’.   In  system config ,  The user has permission, and the attachment size is set to 20M, and the uploaded file is less than 20M.

Take a look inside <JIRA_HOME>/log/atlassian-jira.log

Also share portion which comes when you try to attach file.

Two more things you can take a look at,

- permissions on attachments directory inside Jira_Home

- Disk space available on Jira Home partition

when I  upload  attachment , the attachment  size is  less than 1M,   is  OK。 but  the attachment size is More than 1 M, jira reminder :  ‘An internal error has occurred. Please contact your administrator’.

You need to you check the logs. The log files usually contains the details regarding the error you are getting.
