Im trying to know when i add certain user to a project, where can i see this?

Hi Art,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Currently, there is no notification when a user is added to a project, but you can see who was added or removed from a project through the Audit log. Please, go to Jira settings > System > Audit log.
