when i click the check box on create screen then date should be displayed on view screen

Hi Team,

I have one custom field with Application access name, It's having the multiple check boxes with applications names.

example:

Application Access :

                                   

Here when i click the check boxes  (laser pro, decison pro, Kroll ) on the create screen then date will be displayed along with the application name on the view screen

example:

Laser pro  04-06-2019

decision pro  04-06-2019

kroll pro   04-06-2019
