when using JIRA SAML SSO by Microsoft, the bypass url does not bypass the SSO page.

using: https://<domain:port>/login.jsp?force_azure_login=false.I'm still taken to the microsoftonline.com page for azure login.

Is anyone else having this issue? If so, how was it resolved.

If you are using the Microsoft provided Plugin, then I would suggest sending an email to their support list: SaaSApplicationIntegrations@service.microsoft.com
