i want to edit the screen to add one more attribute when asking the name for configuring single select cascading list in custom field.
Please have a look on below screen for to edit, kindly suggest me.

Hi,
You would need to rebuild your own custom JIRA because the screen in question cannot be edited without doing so.

Can't we edit Cascading single select default one in jira server, am not creating any custom plugin.

Sorry, I don't quite understand the last reply.
So here is my understanding you would like to edit the screen shown in the image to add some more information for a user when a he/she is creating a custom field of type select list (cascading).
Please correct me if I misunderstood then please do clarify.
If however what I understood is what you are aiming for then unless you customize your JIRA, there is no way of modifying that pop-up you showed.

Whatever you mentioned it is correct, but customize the JIRA means , it is done by plugin, or any .vm file need to correct.

Yes, you will need an App (plugin) to do this. The built-in cascading select list only supports name and description there. If you want to add more data around it, you will need to
