whiling doing test connection the SMTP mail server is getting the AuthenticationFailedException: 535 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful.

This is what it says - your credentials for the mail server are incorrect (although you may see the same message if the mail server has been configured to reject your account for some reason, like a blacklisted ip address or server name etc)

The mail id under the SMTP is getting locked frequently.chwckung with network team
