why I can't perform bulk operations?

Leonid Verbov January 4, 2021

Hello there!

I've tried to resolve quite a lot of issues in different projects at once and trouble pop-out.

In some projects, all tasks were closed correctly but in one project I don't have permission to do so, despite the fact that I have global permission to perform bulk operations.

Is it because I'm trying to resolve tasks, which were created before I've joined the company?

What could possibly go wrong? Could help me, please?

First Goto Workflow

in Jira we choose resolution before "Done" Status.

Select the transition which is connected to "Done" , check resolution field is placed or not on transition screen.

if not , create a screen , and place "resolution" field on the new screen , publish work flow.
