why am I not able to complete a sprint when all tasks and child issues have been marked as 'Done'?

It shows you have 4 open issues when I have none.

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

Are your issues in the right-most column of your sprint board?

Can you go to the Filters > View All Issues page and execute a search for all the issues in the "FE1" sprint?

It is possible that issues that are not in the scope of your board's filter have gotten added to your sprint. Jira does not limit the issues that can be in a sprint to only issues in the board where the sprint was created.
