why can't I see watcher type in custom fields?

I am trying to add custom field with type watcher but when in the "Select a Field Type" windows I can't find the watcher field type

I am using the Jira cloud.

How can I add watcher field when in create new bug screen?

Okay, would it be added? is there any other way to add watcher to issue, beside entering the issue itself?
