why cannot i use http webhooks

jira webhook configuration bug:
I need to create a webhook that triggers a 3rd party action.
the url i need to provide for the webhook in my JIRA starts with http,
but jira cannot save it due to it not being an https.

how can i change this setup to support http webhooks

Hi @ofir gutmacher 

You can't Jira only operates on https not un-secure connections.

Liaise with the 3rd party why they don't offer a secure connection option
