why the User stories are not showing in the Roadmap.

What roadmap are you referencing to ? Is it the one from Advanced Roadmap that come with JIRA DC or is it one from a 3rd party app such as Easy Agile?

You used the tags 'jira-server' and 'server' for this post. The Basic Roadmap is only available on Cloud.
