Hi @Виктория  - Sometimes when the Board Filter is "changed" it is actually being replaced by another filter. And the user forgot to share the new Filter with anyone. Check to see if the Board Filter is shared.

You are showing an image of one board.  What was the filter of the other board and what did it change to?
