1. When did this start happening?
2. What version of Confluence and Jira are you running?
3. Is Confluence on the same server as Jira?
4. Is it behind a firewall or proxy?
5. Are you able to access the Confluence page via the Jira issue?

When did this start happening? It Displays suddenly...

1. What version of Confluence and Jira are you running? 6.1.3 of confluence version, 7.5.0 of jira version
2. Is Confluence on the same server as Jira? no
3. Is it behind a firewall or proxy?proxy
4. Are you able to access the Confluence page via the Jira issue? yes
