Hi, i need your help :)

 why when create a new project in Jira Cloud (software template kanban, scrum o bug tracking) create a new Schemas (Permissions, Workflows, Scree, Issue type)?

But in some cases if I use the default scheme (Default scheme permissions)

Is a Cloud Free versión.

In this documentation dosn´t explain what happen with create a new project? (copy or create new Scheme?
