We just updated Jira to the last version.
I am connected to my company PC via VPN and RDP. When I open a work log, its height is 50% of the normal size, in all browsers. This even happens when I connect to a VM with RDP from my company PC.
When I do this on my home PC, everything looks normal.
Any idea how this can happen? Btw. it would help very much if this window was resizable.
Regards,
Thomas
Hello.
I deactivated the Dark Mode Add-on, but that did not help.
Meanwhile, I found out that the window gets bigger when I zoom out and in again.
Opening work log:
Zooming out to 90%.
Zooming in again to 100%
My colleague looked into the problem with a debugger and found out, that somehow when I use an RDP connection, "form-body max-height" has a wrong value.
I hope this information helps.
Regards,
Thomas
Did this ever get resolved? My company just switched to new laptops and I am having the exact same issue in Edge and Chrome. We are not on RDP, though, Just a VPN. If I zoom out and back in, it shows correctly, just like you indicated. I don't see any other posts about this issue after a quick search.

Hey @tfriedrich999 ,
I notice your entire window is black, while I'm not sure on what version you are working I feel this might be due to a "dark mode" plugin or issue.
Any chance you can turn that of (temporarily) to see if it helps?
Also, do you see any erorrs in your developer console (inside the browser (F12))
