workflow diagram not showing same as text

In my workflow, I can see all the steps in the text form. However the diagram is missing the transitions. Due to that, the transitions are not allowed as the diagram view is missing them. Eventhough they are all there in the Text version. This is so weird.

Can you export it as xlm and see if the transitions are there? In addition, there is an app which can export all your workflows along with their respective workflow diagram https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221996/smart-project-config-and-documentation?hosting=cloud&tab=overview. Can you see if the diagram is there?
