Hi,

  We have status "In Review" for one of the issue type it has incoming transition from Inprogress and allows transition from all other statues as well.How can we handle this as both the names are In Review.

You can have a workflow for each issue type. When using the board to invoke a status change, you'll be presented with only the options for the specific issue type you want to move. Things get a bit messy when you're using the menu, though.

What is it that prevents you from deleting altogether the transition from "In Progress" to "In Review"?

Otherwise, you can attach a condition to one of the transitions so that only selected users (or project roles, or fulfilling other conditions) can see it.

Options:

* Rename the transition to something clearer than "To Review".

* Remove one of the transitions

* Add a condition to hide that transition based on some rules.
