Hi Anthony,

just want to help you, you really need to define of the requirment is for Cloud or On Premise solution, as those products are totally different nowdays. 

Also, maybe just my opinion / suggestion - for that price you wont find anyone with relevant quality of delivered services. Really deals started at 70-100 at least here in Europe. 

hope you find your guy, maybe try to lookout to india, there are great guys working for less money
