Hey everyone! How's it going?
I'm reaching out from a corner of Argentina with an existential question. When it comes to putting together a resume, how should we showcase our work? Many people will say to highlight certifications or verifiable experience, but what about those who may not have any formal certifications but possess extensive knowledge of the tools? I’d love to hear your thoughts and share our concerns. Anyway, I’ve created a CV in Confluence, like many programmers do. I hope you like it! If you have any feedback, I’d really appreciate it.
Cheers!

@Rosa Flores welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I think you have a great start here - creating your resume in Confluence is already showing a level of experience and proficiency in the platform. Why not link to any work or projects you have completed directly from the page? So, if you have a Jira Project or Trello Board of sample work, use the Confluence page as your jump off point.

Most of all, good luck!

Definitely! But a lot of times, sharing projects isn’t really ethical if you’re working with direct clients. The idea is more about showing off Confluence features and using some personal projects, like developers do.
Thanks a ton for your comment, it really helps me improve!

Cheers!
