How do I start a career in Product Management

Hello,

I have been in Talent Acquisition in a Recruiter role for the last 17 years. I have a passion for technology and how it can help solve business solutions. I'm interested in transitioning my career into a product manager role and would ideally like to work in HR Product Management. I wanted to connect with this community to see if I can get ideas on how to transition my career. I'm curious on what types of trainings or certifications I should consider, what are the job titles for more entry level roles into this space? Any insight anyone can share would be beneficial!
