Why does it not always load the auto generated thumbnail and video description in my gmail when I paste the link for an outbound message?

Hi Joel! You'll need to make sure to have the Loom Chrome extension downloaded and installed to power the Gmail integration. You can download it by going to Loom.com/download. Make sure you're using Gmail in Chrome.

Also, make sure you've turned on the gmail integration in your Loom personal settings!

This is due to the video metadata cachings.

Use Looms GIF thumbanail option as a good alternative
