Cannot log in to Loom (Google authentication error)

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Hello,
I cannot log in to Loom because of a Google authentication error.
I have tried:

  • clearing cache and cookies

  • using Incognito / InPrivate window

  • trying different Gmail accounts

  • disabling extensions and trying another browser

Still, I get the same message: “Could not authenticate with Google. Please try again.”

Please help check my account authentication or advise on how to reset it.

Hi Kozue,

 

Here's a direct way to get in touch with our support team if you're unable to log into Loom:

  1. In the link, select "Pricing, billing and licensing"
  2. Continue without logging in
  3. Enter your email
  4. In "how can we help you" select "other"
  5. Skip the URL etc
  6. Add your concern in "Your Question" field. This should go to our queue, we can move it to Loom Support.
