Loom application got enabled by mistake and is on a 14 day trial period. I am not able to cancel the subscription. Tried to cancel through Atlassian support, but it didnt work. Please let me know how can I cancel the subscription

If you navigate to admin.atlassian.com > Billing and then select "Manage" next to Loom, you should be able to cancel your subscription or change the plan to, for example, Starter/free one.
Not sure if you can directly cancel the subscription when it is on trial, but you could definitely switch to a different plan. Then, once the trial expires, you should be able to cancel your subscription.

Thanks for the suggestion. Usually this works. But in my case, this option was not working.
I raised a ticket with Atlassian support and they cancelled the subscription.
