I use the Loom desktop app and recently the audio does not playback after recorded. I can see the transcript of the recording and I can see the sound waves, so the audio was recorded but it will not play. I had trouble with this last year and it fixed itself when I switched computers. Now, this year, I switched computers to a new computer. It worked for about a month, but now it most often does not record the audio. Any ideas what is wrong?

Are you referring to microphone audio (speaking) or computer audio (sounds from your computer)?
If you want to record computer audio, be sure to enable capture internal audio.
